Preventive Health Compensation

New group bonus for the writing agent or partner of $50.  Bonus is paid only when group setup fee is collected.

Standard Compensation

  • ASO MEC - $5 per employee monthly
  • Preventive Basic - $10 per employee monthly
  • Preventive Advanced - $10 per employee monthly
  • Group Health Share - $10 per employee monthly

Distributor Compensation (250+ EE)

  • ASO MEC - $2.50 per employee monthly
  • Preventive Basic - $2.50 per employee monthly
  • Preventive Advanced - $2.50 per employee monthly
  • Group Health Share - $2.50 per employee monthly

Distributor can get compensated with standard compensation if sold directly and no broker or partner is involved.


 

Level-Funded Compensation

New group bonus for the writing agent or partner of $250.  Bonus is paid only when group setup fee is collected.

Standard Compensation

A health insurance license required is required to receive compensation due to the insurance sale and nature of product.

  • National General - 3-10%
  • Starmark - 3-10%
  • Paramount - 3-7%
  • Other - 3-7%

Distributor Compensation (250+ EE)

  • National General - 1-3%
  • Starmark - 1-3%
  • Paramount - 1-3%
  • Other - 1-3%

 

Self-Funded Compensation

New group bonus for the writing agent or partner of $250.  Bonus is paid only when group setup fee is collected.

Standard Compensation

  • Set fee $10 to $50 per EE (set by broker/partner or client) 

Distributor Compensation (250+ EE)

  • Set fee $5 to $10 per EE (set by distributor)

 

Ancillary Benefits Compensation

New group bonus for the writing agent of $100 with 3-25 enrolled.  $250 for groups with 26+ enrolled.

Standard Compensation

  • Employer Paid Commission at 8-15%
  • Employee Paid Commission at 20-60%

Distributor Compensation (250+ EE)

  • Employer Paid Commission at 2-5%
  • Employee Paid Commission at 5-30%

 

Payroll & HR Compensation

Payroll group with 1-25 EE/Contractors get $100 bonus.  $250 bonus for 26+ EE/Contractor payroll groups.

Standard Compensation

  • 20% of initial and monthly payroll/HR revenue

Distributor Compensation (250+ EE)

  • 5% of initial and monthly payroll/HR revenue
