Level Two
Increases protection with up to $1,000,000 for accidental medical costs and doubles the maximum weekly disability income replacement to $1,000* for both temporary and continuous total disability.
Level Three
Offers extensive coverage featuring $1,000,000 for accidental medical expenses and boosts the maximum weekly disability benefit significantly to $1,500* for temporary and continuous total disability periods.
Level Four
Provides the highest tier of support with $1,000,000 in accidental medical coverage and the maximum weekly disability benefit of $1,900* for temporary and continuous total disability needs.
*Disability benefits are subject to the lesser of 70% of average weekly earnings or the maximum weekly benefit shown, with a minimum payout of $150/week.
