Do you cover COVID vaccines?

Yes.
If you have a Preventive series or Care+ series health plan, COVID-19 vaccines are covered when administered in a doctor's office*.
*Note: The vaccine will not be covered if received at a pharmacy.
What options do I have to get the vaccine?
Option 1: Use a federal or state program to obtain the vaccine: https://www.vaccines.gov/.
Option 2: Go to a provider to obtain the vaccine. Your plan will pay the Medicare or UCR rate, and there should be $0 patient responsibility.
If you receive a bill for a preventive service, such as a flu or COVID vaccine, contact a Benefit Advocate immediately.
