    Besides providing training, marketing and education materials, plan documents, compliance support, enrollment software, and a dedicated support team, we also make it easy for our brokers to sell outside products alongside Planstin offerings. Additionally, we allow brokers to determine the fixed broker compensation for each group. 

  • How do brokers get paid?

    Brokers get to determine the fixed broker compensation for each group, and they are eligible for contest opportunities and performance tiers for high producers.


    Planstin also has a referral incentive program where brokers can receive compensation for referring contacts to our internal team. If we complete a demo with the contact, brokers can receive up to $400.
